It usually takes anywhere from 1 hour to 24 hours to be reviewed and distributed.
We manually listen to all releases, check all metadata, art work, audio files, pricing etc to ensure it's all correct. Once approved, it can take anywhere from 1 hour to 2 weeks for the release to be live on stores.
